Maternity sessions are typically photographed between 28 and 34 weeks, when the belly is clearly visible and movement still feels comfortable.

Every pregnancy is different, so we will choose the date based on how you feel.

Booking in advance is recommended, especially for weekend and studio sessions.

You do not need to know how to pose — just show up, and I’ll take care of the rest.

I will guide your posture, movement, hands and expressions throughout the session while keeping the photographs natural and effortless.

My approach combines thoughtful editorial composition with real interaction, so the session feels directed without looking overly posed.

After booking, we will discuss the location, wardrobe and overall visual direction.

You are welcome to send photographs of the outfits you are considering. I will help you choose the options that work best together and photograph well in the selected setting.

Please arrive ready in your first look. If your collection includes a second outfit, we will plan a simple change during the session.

Wardrobe, maternity dresses and props are not provided.

You are responsible for bringing your own clothing, accessories and any personal items you would like to include.

Simple silhouettes, intentional textures and clothing that allows the shape of the body to remain visible usually photograph best.

Your partner and children are welcome to join the session.

The focus will remain on the maternity story while also documenting your relationship and the family already waiting for the baby.

Outdoor sessions are photographed either early in the morning or close to sunset.

These times provide softer light and more comfortable temperatures, especially during the warmer months in Texas.

The exact start time depends on the season, weather and selected location.

Studio sessions offer controlled lighting, clean backgrounds and a more polished editorial look.

Studio rental is not included unless stated otherwise and will depend on the selected space and reservation length.

The studio must be booked after your photography date is confirmed.

One reschedule is permitted within six months of the original session date.

Please provide as much notice as possible.

The retainer is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date according to the terms of the photography agreement.

If the weather makes an outdoor session unsafe or unsuitable, we can either reschedule or move the session to a studio, subject to studio availability and any additional rental fees.
